Who We Are

Capital Grading was established in 2014 by David Stallings, initially serving as the dedicated sitework affiliate of Shenandoah Homes.

Since then, the company has experienced significant growth, successfully developing thousands of lots across North Carolina.

In addition to our longstanding partnership with Shenandoah Homes, we have collaborated with other large homebuilders and developers, earning a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and expert execution in turnkey sitework contracting.
