Annandale

The Annandale project is a 256-lot residential subdivision across 172 acres off Cornwallis Road in Garner, NC. Our scope included full site development—grading, utilities, storm drainage, roadwork, and erosion control—along with infrastructure for a community amenity center featuring a pool and playground.
