The Autumnwood project is a 61-lot luxury residential subdivision set on 40 acres in Cary, NC, completed in 2023 in partnership with our homebuilding affiliate, Shenandoah Homes. This high-end community featured detailed site development work including grading, utility installation, stormwater systems, and finely finished roadways to match the upscale character of the neighborhood. Autumnwood stands out as a showcase project, reflecting our team’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and collaboration on premier residential builds.
