The Everlee Subdivision is a large-scale residential development situated on a 106-acre tract off Watkins Town Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. This subdivision is a 261-lot project, which includes 167 primary single-family lots and an additional 94 single-family lots, laid out to maximize land use while maintaining community flow and access. Expected to be completed in late 2025.
