First National Bank

The First National Bank project in Morrisville, NC was completed in 2025 in partnership with Brookwood Construction. Situated on a 1.5-acre commercial lot, our team provided full site development services, including grading, utilities, paving, and concrete work. A key feature of this project was the installation of an underground stormwater detention system, designed to meet tight site constraints and local stormwater regulations. The project was delivered on schedule with a focus on precision and coordination in a compact, high-visibility location.
