Milburnie Ridge

The Milburnie Ridge project is a 165-lot residential subdivision located in Raleigh, NC, spanning approximately 56 acres. Completed in 2024 in partnership with Lennar, this project included full site development services—grading, utilities, roadway construction, and stormwater management. A notable component of the project was the installation of a sanitary sewer pump station, required to support downstream service due to challenging site topography.
