Page Oaks

The Page Oaks project is a 188-unit townhome community spread across 33 acres in Durham, NC, completed in 2025 for Avail Communities. Our scope included full site development—mass grading, underground utilities, paving, curb and gutter, storm drainage, and site concrete. The project also featured infrastructure for a central amenity center, requiring coordinated utility layout and access planning.
